Katie and I explain the intricacies of advanced Connect Four. Katie gets lucky.
i could win both of you probs
For a world championship gold medal match this was the worst game I've ever seen lol.. red had this in the pocket untill she placed the 2-2 red tile. She should have just placed first colom and place the same colom as the opponent everytime and in the end he would be forced to give her 4 in a row on either 2-5 or 7-6. If they cant even count a simple sequence I highly doubt this is a WC final match. Also very unlikely to not start in the middle but that wasnt especially the worst thing in this game. many more mistakes.
How is this a championship?!
I know damn well they hooked up after this
what a master i have aready play connect four in school and won 3 master player without losing and im a champion😊😊😊
Player 1 always wins in 7×6 grid given player 1 always plays in the centre and knows every variations. Here Player 1 played in the 3rd column. 3rd/5th columns in 7×6 is a tie while 1st/2nd and 6th/7th columns are always forced wins by player 2. Of all the cases requires best play.
At 3:30, I believe that if she just matches every one of his moves (like goes on top of where he goes) she will win
Next Season in Queens Gambit
I got bored so I just started writing random World Championships. Connect 4, Naughts and Crosses and Snakes(Chutes) and Ladders.
Play against the C4AI and you will know how difficult a match is.
WHY WOULD YOU GO IN ANYWHERE BUT THE MIDDLE SPOT IF YOU HAVE THE FIRST MOVE? YOU LIMIT YOUR OPTIONS SO MUCH
i could beat them
ua-cam.com/video/4CVmoesO7NY/v-deo.html Anyone want to play ?
Too amateurish
💀💀💀💀
is it me or does he look like mark zuckerberg 😂😂😂
This is so wholesome and so nice to see youth spending time together in a way that's not social media and/or videogames-related!
This was 10 years ago
hear,hear
@@pbando69 social media was already a thing in 2013 lol
I see y’all talking bout r4 c9 or something like that and I don’t get it a single bit
how are there "gold medal matches" when this is a completely solved game, meaning the first person to go will always win if they play correctly. it's like having tic tac toe gold medal games when it's known that game will always end in a draw unless someone is stupid
We’ve all played those same moves, gotta step your game up
After watching this my mind " Women ☕☕ "
I'm glad the "connect 4 world championship" is real. Holy shit I've already commented on this video. History repeats unknowingly.
Lmao
Bruh this is so lame me and my dad play better than this
I think you have dementia
The game is solved It is wack
@@SheepofChrist818 The game's solved, but that doesn't mean it's boring
I should be here
Permainan yang sangat menyenang kan👍
Sorry, but i think the guy whit glasses played very slowly
1:48 with that he won why they seems confused ???
Gold medal my ass, she literally throw away a 100% win. When board is half filled she has an odd line win situation. All she has to do is playing it down and he has to give her the win.. Gold medal. pfft
They aren’t that good
1:12 that sync tho
he just lost a date 3:49
Man the dude miss the tactics so bad
That trap at the end was smooth
What trap? She just played an irrelevant piece and left it wide open for him to sweep her
@@thewikid8815 The pseudo-threat in column 1 that made it inevitable, I'd guess. It was sneaky and probably neither player realized it
they ban me from young age without nothing i want know why i have this ban too long to show who steal me
This is mark the facebook guy
Very impressive.
WOW I TAKE BACK FROM WHAT I SAID YOU DO SUCK AT THIS GAME LOL🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
you GUYS CAN"T BEAT ME IM THE BEST AT CONNET 4
2:07 I feel like is a mistake
They're too bad (???)
Gold Medal? Between the only two people who play C4 in the whole school? :)
Once he got the backward 7 he was going to win
The 7 doesn't matter. As long as she plays C4R6, she wins by parity. Even disregarding parity, two players having the same threat on the same space means the game can never progress past that space, so the threat on R6 is irrelevant again.
@@sorin_markov where you learn to be proficient in connect 4
#universityofbirds
She'd have won it if she got 4 in a row!!
John 3:16
take this W
Well... people playing far from optimal is what keeps this fun...
jim and pam
Dang at 3:38 even if she went all the way left he would’ve won my mans had the game on lock💪🏻
Nope, they would have filled the A column then it would have been yellows turn. He would have had to play G5 allowing red to play G6, blocking off his 4, then there would only be the C column left so yellow would play C4 allowing red to win on C5. She has the game on lock and she bottled it
@@jamesBFC1887 The C column (column 3) was filled. If she tried to play in column 1 ("A") then he gets C1R3, which makes column 2 a double trap for him. She lost when he played C4R6
As a self proclaimed pro. Those begining are really bad. But good game
Won a tournament at my school these people are trash
